The information below for arriving guests is valid all year round.

2 days before your arrival, you will automatically receive an email from us with all the information for your arrival, so you can be sure you won't forget anything. We are always fully at your disposal in case of questions or misunderstandings.

Ideally, book a reservation for the lunch or dinner menu in our hotel restaurant directly when making a reservation for the stay itself. In this case, the dining menu is at a discounted price.

If you do not do so and are still interested in the meal menu, reorder this service as soon as possible. Upon arrival, the price is already standard as for the public.

Accommodations

For both accommodation facilities (BabyHotel Karolínka and Mlýn Karolínka) there is a common reception in Mlýn, where you will receive entry cards and room keys and all information regarding your stay.

Check-in

Arrival and taking over the room is possible from 2:00 p.m. In July and August from 3:00 p.m.

If you are interested in an earlier check-in, choose this service when creating your stay order. The reception will confirm to you within the next day whether this option is possible for the room you have chosen, and if not, you will be automatically refunded for this service.

Check-OUT

Ending the stay with all the details is possible until 10:00 a.m. If you would like to leave our accommodation later, choose the late check-out service when booking. If this is not possible, the reception will automatically refund the fee in full. If you would like to stay until the evening and still enjoy the wellness or walks, it is possible to pay an additional night at a discounted price, if the room is free.

Reimbursement

The rest of the accommodation is paid upon arrival. All consumption and services related to accommodation can be charged to your room number and are paid upon departure. On the day of departure, a bill is ready for you at the reception from 9.30 am. If you want to avoid unnecessary waiting, it is possible to request an invoice the day before at the reception.

Payment is only possible in cash.

Wellness

The stay includes entrance to the wellness center, where there is a sauna, swim spa (hot tub with pool) and a heated salt pool in the inner section. The swim spa and sauna are intended only for individual families, after which they are properly disinfected and prepared for other guests.

Parking

Guests have parking right in front of the BabyHotel Karolínka accommodation.

Guests in the Mlýn can park for a short time directly at the entrance to the Mlýn, but after unloading their belongings, it is necessary to vacate these spaces because of the public charging station for electric vehicles. At the same time, it is necessary to provide unloading space for other arriving guests without restricting traffic in the area. So please respect temporary parking. All other information available at the reception.

Electric car charging station

If you own an electric car, you are in the right place, because there is a public fast charger right next to Mlýn. The charging station is operated by E.O.N..

Reception operation

The reception desk is common to both facilities and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (during normal operation). During this time, you can get any snacks and drinks in the restaurant or on the outdoor terraces. Everything can of course be charged to the room number and paid only upon departure. After the reception is closed, you can continue to enjoy the buffet offer, which is completely accessible to hotel guests
